At EurPol Global, we connect global brands with customers across Europe through efficient logistics and supply chain management. We are looking for a motivated and organized Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team and help ensure smooth and timely product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising customer deliveries.
- Organizing domestic and international transportation.
- Cooperating closely with carriers, warehouse operations, and the sales department.
- Optimizing transport costs and selecting the most efficient logistics solutions.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time performance.
- Analyzing transport costs and preparing logistics reports.
- Managing the flow of information between sales, warehouse, carriers, and customers.
- Independently resolving logistics and transportation challenges.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- The ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Experience working with transport companies and negotiating freight rates.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferred but not required.

Export Assistant
At EurPol Global, we connect global brands with customers across Europe through efficient logistics and supply chain management. We are looking for a motivated and organized Export Assistant to support the Export Department and international customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
As an Export Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Support the Export Department in providing ongoing customer service and achieving sales objectives.
- Prepare commercial offers and price lists in line with the company's export policy.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive export sales documentation in accordance with international trade requirements.
- Maintain daily communication with customers via telephone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting the acquisition of new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to building a positive corporate image.
- Ensure the efficient flow of information between the Export Department and other internal departments.
- Prepare regular reports on ongoing activities for the direct supervisor.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, minimum B2 level.
- Previous experience in export sales and a good understanding of export procedures and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and under time pressure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Russian will be considered a strong advantage.
